•     Evening tickets: free 1 year valid from the date of purchase and usable for admissions from 17: 30, from Monday to Sunday including holidays, pre-holidays and bridges
•     Day tickets: free 1 year valid from the date of purchase and usable, depending on the option chosen, or from Monday to Thursday excluding holidays and bridges, or from Friday to Sunday including holidays, pre-holidays and bridges
•     Daily tickets with Tailor 50min massage: free date valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used for entry from Monday to Sunday including holidays, pre-holidays and bridges
•     Reservations are always recommended for daily and evening admissions; for entrances with massage it is mandatory to book the treatment at least 48 hours in advance
•     The QC Pass includes one entry per person, the supply of a bathrobe, a towel and a pair of slippers; you only need to bring your swimsuit with you
•     Entry is not allowed for children under 14 years
•     The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be modified
